Who may order?

The PAN Biotech UK Ltd online shop is a B2B (business to business) store. This means you must be the owner or employee of a company or institute that has a valid tax number to be entitled to order.
Companies registered in the EU (European Union) need to provide their VAT number to receive a tax-free delivery.

Where to register?

Use the “My Account” link on the right top of the page to enter your personal information. Your account will be created and you will receive your login data by email.

How to place an order?

In the section “Shop” you can get an overview about our products and prices. Select items and add them to your shopping cart by clicking “Add to basket”. In your cart you can always edit your products and quantities.

You can add additional ordering information e.g. purchase order number, notices, batch preferences to your order in the “additional order information” section.
After you have placed your order, you will receive an automated confirmation as receipt of your order.
When your order is being processed by us, you will receive an order confirmation with all information including delivery time.

How is payment processed?

Payment within the UK is via invoice if you already have an account. This means you pay conveniently within 30 days of receiving an invoice.
For customers without an existing account, we reserve the right to request payment in advance of despatch via a pro-forma invoice for your initial order.

This will be confirmed to you once we start to process your order.

What is the lead time and delivery charge?

Most non frozen products are despatched Monday to Thursday.
In order to ensure the quality and delivery of our goods, frozen shipments are despatched Monday to Wednesday.

We hold good stock of most products.

Most orders are despatched within 1-3 working days of receiving your order. You will be advised of this almost immediately after we receive your order (within working hours 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday).

How does the Enquiry Cart function?

The Enquiry Cart builds up a list of products that you would like to request pricing or more information about.

Simply browse our site and press the ‘Enquire’ button for each product that you would like more information about. At any time, you can visit your Enquiry Cart and add a message against each product listed. This saves writing a list and typing it all into our ‘Contact’ form.
