Modern Slavery Policy – Statement

PAN Biotech UK Ltd does not tolerate slavery or human trafficking in any part of our business. We are committed to ensuring that it does not take place in our supply chains by implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to mitigate this risk.

In accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015, every year we publish a modern slavery and human trafficking statement, which outlines our commitment to align with the act and prevent slavery and trafficking within the organisation.

We take a zero-tolerance approach to slavery and human trafficking in our Company and supply chains.

Staff are trained to adhere to company policies, namely our Quality Policy and Anti-Slavery & Human Trafficking Policy. Company policies are reviewed regularly in our Quality Management System.

The prevention, detection and reporting of modern slavery in any part of our organisation or supply chain is the responsibility of all those working for us or on our behalf. Workers must not engage in, facilitate or fail to report any activity that might lead to, or suggest, a breach of our company policies.

PAN Biotech UK Ltd encourages its employees to confidentially report any suspected cases of Modern Slavery to the Managing Director.

Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the Managing Director to ensure adequate provisions are taken to prevent modern slavery from taking place within PAN Biotech UK Ltd operations.

This is achieved through regular review of company policies and staff training.
