Description
PANcell Hybridoma is an optimized serum-free, chemically defined medium for culture of hybridoma cell lines and the production of monoclonal antibodies (mAb). The formulation of PANCell Hybridoma has been optimized and phenol red has been omitted. Because of the known composition of serum-free media there is less batch to batch variability, which leads to a better comparability of different experiments. Also the risk of viral or mycoplasma contamination is very low.
MAbs produced in serum-free medium are easier to purify, which saves time in the downstream processing. PANcell HybridomaĀ supports cell growth and antibody production without the addition of growth factors. Compared to other serum-free mediaĀ PANcell HybridomaĀ is superior concerning cell growth, viability and productivity.
