Description
Lymphopan is optimised for the culture of lymphocytes. Although developed for the culture of lymphocytic cell lines, Lymphopan is also suitable for the culture of primary lymphocytes from peripheral blood after PHA-L has been added. Primary lymphocytes cultured with phytohaemagglutinin can be used for karyotype analysis.
This product contains antibiotics, L-glutamine and fetal bovine serum to give a balanced and reproducible mixture for lymphocyte cell culture.
